This is a serious public safety issue, and when piecing the emails together it reminds me of “Teflon” – nothing sticks – starting with the Prime Minister last year, then Deputy Prime Minister (May 2019), and the Climate Change (2018) and Health Ministers (2019) – all palming this hot potato off to their subordinates (now Hon Julie Anne Genter) or dismissing it.

The conspicuous silence by New Zealand’s media (bcc/cc-ed numerous times), instead of investigating this government’s collective blind belief in this UN-led science scam, suggests they are not independent of government or serving the public’s best interest.

Our former Prime Minister Helen Clark was notified yesterday of the pertinent issues via an email that was originally sent to Club of Rome members in May 2019.

Senior ministers will be culpable for setting policies based on bad global strategies dictated by the United Nations (IPCC and WHO), that leave catastrophic risks unmitigated (natural climate change i.e., cooling, extreme weather, glaciation, climate-forcing volcanism, rapid climate change) or poorly mitigated (i.e., pandemic influenza). Zero-emissions 2050 is about switching energy systems before exhausting proven oil and gas reserves in the decades ahead (mitigating geopolitical consequences), meaning you are complicit in veiling risks with an unproven/refutable sham-science to the detriment of tomorrow’s public safety.

Please put this issue back on the plate of senior ministers where it belongs.

In the interim this email will be placed online, and I will continue to draw public attention to the fact that our safety/economy will be undermined by this government’s UN-sycophancy.

I am concerned at this government’s preoccupation with the readily refutable sham-science of anthropogenic global warming (AGW), which means the heightened epidemiological risk for pandemic influenza outbreaks is being missed by the Ministry of Health (MoH). This enhanced risk is associated with secular changes in solar activity and its impact on natural climate change (northern hemisphere cold, Arctic ice expansion). The solar activity/climate/pandemic flu outbreak data since 1500CE highlights a greater level of pandemic predictability than is generally understood. Unfortunately, historical data-driven science with significant P-values looks like heresy in the face of this politicized, projective-inaccurate, and refutable AGW sham-science.

This epidemiological risk is further amplified by our government’s reliance on an Advanced Purchase Agreement that will be unable to deliver a vaccine before a pandemic peaks, never mind its inequity or inability to provide a vaccine able to protect against ongoing viral mutation during the 2nd and 3rd waves of a severe future pandemic (i.e., H5N1, H7N9).

Crucially, the Immunisation Advisory Centre’s 2017 report provided to the MoH (http://bit.ly/2NKuUhS) missed detailing the ground-breaking clinical progress made with oil-in-water adjuvants in influenza-A vaccines (MF59C.1, AS03) over the last decade. This means the MoH were not appraised of strategically relevant information for both seasonal and pandemic flu, linked to countering viral mutation (i.e., by vaccines generating broadly cross reactive antibodies to hemagglutinin’s conserved B-cell epitopes using Sequirus’s and GSK’s regulatory approved vaccine/adjuvant technologies). You will find 12 citations on slide 17 linked to this omitted information. This knowledge would afford a government and the citizens it is meant to protect an improved vaccine option over an APA.

When this all unwinds for the United Nations (in progress), and natural climate change catastrophes and pandemic influenza arise then you, your colleagues, and the NZ media (cc-ed), will all be reminded of what was ignored.

To recap you were informed of the: (1) catastrophic natural climate change risks that the IPCC dismissed/omitted and other key disclosures (http://bit.ly/2Xsbe78) in its 5th Assessment Report (AR5, which your Government endorses) and which are most relevant to the 21st century, (2) IPCC’s highly inaccurate climate forecasts since 1986 (84-97%) promoted by the IPCC, which refutes its theory and undermines the validity of its Article 2 contrived Key-Risk Assessment (anthropogenic global warming), (3) how the IPCC changed the ice age boundaries (start and end) without peer review, which disorients governments to the real stage of the glacial cycle that we exist in, while veiling catastrophic natural climate change risks (cooling, glaciation, extremes of precipitation, climate-forcing volcanism, rapid climate change, and pandemic flu), (4) fact that NZ’s existing pandemic flu vaccine supply plan (Advanced Supply Agreements) is woefully inadequate and can not even immunize the 150,000 essential-elite people intended before the peak of a pandemic (when this need not be the case). We have at least 3 other options outside WHO’s archaic global vaccine plan). We have entered a high risk period for pandemic influenza and this government is publicly oblivious to that risk because of its belief in the sham-science underpinning anthropogenic global warming.

Global and hemisphere temperatures have been in decline since 2016 (HadCRU4, left hand columns,http://bit.ly/2QGiWmp. NOAA, http://bit.ly/2Ne5lp9) and the Arctic is still covered with ice after the summer solstice (see realtime NASA satellite imagery, https://go.nasa.gov/2RUrZl6) while its largest glaciers grow. The world is being manipulated with climate index data continually modified to accentuate the global warming while minimizing the pre-1970 natural cooling periods. The analysis is very clear – most recent global warming over and above natural climate change was caused by human activity i.e., employees of government agencies continually altering the data to accentuate global warming while minimizing the pre-1970 cooling troughs. A presentation is available online (http://bit.ly/2JeOTQj) which shows you the impact of this climate data alteration, as well as the data confirming our ice age entry millennia ago, our probable (P-value <0.05) ice age re-entry this 21st century, and the natural climate change risks that were dismissed/omitted by the IPCC in AR5. Dear Minister Shaw (& Prime Minister Ardern)

Your email reply below highlights numerous issues of concern to every New Zealander, which inspired me to write to the IPCC and its Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) Working Group Scientists (c.890 recipients) to shine a light on their perilously dangerous and incriminating climate risk disclosures. This resulted in hundreds of book downloads. Our government is cited in this email.

Did you critically review all of the IPCC’s confirmation-bias riddled AR5 documents (4,931 pages) that your government has so much blind faith in? How do you justifying government policies (or lack of) that place New Zealanders and our economy at grave risk despite the following incriminating AR5 disclosures and omissions?

The IPCC: (see attached Word document for endnote quotations and their AR5 page numbers, and other relevant scientific/data citations)

1. Disclosed its 30 year legacy of generating highly inaccurate climate forecasts, including missing the global temperature (GMST) hiatus (1998-2012) while CO2 increased by 7.4%. In normal science, a theory would be refuted with an 84-97% level of inaccuracy spanning 3-decades. Any government policy based on that erroneous theory, and its forecasts must becalled into question.
2. Inaccurately forecast a 2016-2035 GMST rise of 0.3-0.7degC. The 2016-2018 GMST actually declined 0.2degC while CO2 increased 1.2%. Meanwhile, Greenland’s largest glaciers are growing again, ice mass balance is increasing due to high summer snow fall, the ice-melt is starting later, and the Northern Hemisphere end of summer snow cover extent has increased above the 30 year average for 7 consecutive years.
3. Omitted to disclose that leading climate scientists expert in solar activity have warned of a return to a Little Ice Age-like climate during this grand solar minimum and 21st century.
4. Omitted to disclose that this GMST/Arctic/Northern Hemisphere temperature rise since 1880 actually started centuries beforehand, as part of a natural centennial scale climate oscillation. In other words natural climate change mechanisms are responsible for ‘controlling’ this multi-century global warming phase – not anthropogenic greenhouse gases or farting livestock. If you reviewed all AR1-5 documents, you will realize the IPCC never provided a detailed correlation analysis supporting the putative cause and effect relationship between CO2 and GMST, because the CO2 rise lags the GMST rise. This helps explain the high GMST forecasting inaccuracy. UNFCCC Articles 1 and 2 enforced this sham-science paradigm and risk-mitigation strategy in 1988, not bonafide science, and IPCC procedures have corrupted ‘normal science’ ever since.
5. Confirmed that it only assessed key climate risks relative to Article 2 i.e. anthropogenic global warming, while dismissing or omitting natural climate change risks most relevant to these post-Holocene Climate Optimum and current grand solar minimum periods.
6. Erroneously dismissed or omitted secular changes in solar activity (i.e., solar irradiance, this grand solar minimum), climate-forcing volcanism, rapid climate change, and global cooling/glaciation from its key risks.
7. Erroneously dismissed or omitted the catastrophic history of the Little Ice Age, and its climate forcing volcanism and four grand solar minima (linked to cooling and climate extremes), as well as the catastrophic rapid climate change events that took place just before and since the Holocene Climate Optimum.
8. Erroneously dismissed the prospect of abrupt climate change during the 21st century, while telling us it is “virtually certain” that glaciation will not occur within the next 1,000 years.
9. Erroneously changed the ice age boundaries (without peer review scrutiny) by telling us the next ice age won’t start for an unprecedented and refutable 30,000 years (AR4) and then 50,000 years (AR5), while also telling us the last ice age ended about 10,000 years ago (when it ended 19,000-24,000 years ago). These so called ‘robust findings’ serve to eliminate any contestation (i.e., cooling) to the IPCC’s four 21st century global warming scenarios linked to CO2/greenhouse gas emissions.
10. Erroneously dismissed or omitted mechanisms of natural climate change control operating over glacial cycle-, millennial-, centennial-, decadal- and multi-annual- time scales, and their oscillatory nature. These include secular changes in solar irradiance, solar magnetism, geomagnetism, volcanism, cosmic-rays, cloud cover, water vapor, atmospheric-ocean circulations etc. This omission explains the IPCC’s high inaccuracy in GMST forecasting.
11. Confirmed that we only have decades of proven oil and gas reserves left, which is the real reason for fear mongering us with climate change, switching energy systems, and targeting zero-emissions by 2050.

In your reliance on AR5’s corrupted science you have failed to comprehend the science and data of natural climate change, and our need to urgently mitigate natural climate change risks.

The Arctic and Northern Hemisphere climates are in the process of switching back to a cooling phase, after starting this most extreme outlier warming phase in 1700CE. The Arctic and Antarctic temperatures declined after the Holocene Climate Optimum, from 8,000 and 10,500 years ago respectively. Greenland’s ice core declined 5degC between 6000BCE and 1700CE (i.e., 20% of a full glacial cycle rise/decline) via 39 temperature oscillations exceeding a 0.99deg.C rise and then decline. Arctic warming phases always switched to a cooling phase, while extreme outlier warming phases abruptly declined in temperature (i.e., like the civilization-destroying 4.2 kiloyear rapid climate change event). The Arctic is still 2-4 degC lower in temperature today, and we have more ice in both poles, than at the Holocene Climate Optimum. Earth entered the ice age millennia ago and we’re about to re-enter a Little Ice Age-like cooling phase as advised by leading solar-climate experts.

The natural climate change related risks that we need to be mitigating with priority include a switch to a global cooling, climate-forcing volcanism (that cools and/or blocks the sun), rapid climate change, and pandemic influenza.

We have entered a high-risk period for pandemic influenza and NZ’s advanced purchase agreement (APA) for 150,000 pandemic flu vaccine courses will not yield any vaccine before the peak of a pandemic, rendering this a useless strategy for an elite minority. We have three other vaccine-related options outside this APA and WHO-led global influenza plan that would eliminate our vulnerability, and risk-mitigate the almost certain delay in vaccine delivery under an APA.

Chart a course that best serves the interests of New Zealanders, our economy, and today’s youth in tomorrow’s colder and resource-depleted world. Right now our government is a UN Judas sheep leading Kiwis toward a veiled natural climate change cliff edge, while leaving us vulnerable to major pandemic influenza threats (H7N9, H5N1). Under these UN-led global strategies (IPCC and WHO) New Zealanders and world citizens will be unnecessarily culled during the 21st century. Do you want that kind of blood on your hands?
